Employment: Full Time During your tenure as a Manager in Internal Audit, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:Leverages a strong understanding of clients industry, regulatory requirements, strategy and objectives to prioritize risk events to be monitored and define risk assessment plansGuides teams through the development and implementation of risk assessment processes, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative techniques that lead to a comprehensive view of risk areasLeads teams through the development of mitigation plans that are action oriented, efficient, and aligned with the clients risk tolerance and risk appetite levelsApplies a solid knowledge of business process design frameworks and leading practices to assess the clients organizationIdentifies and recommends innovative, automated, and analytics driven approaches to assess and design controlsCoaches and mentors junior staff on effective techniques and behaviors to understand, interpret, and leverage business analysisParticipates in business and / or industry groups to build knowledge of economic, industry, and market conditionsBuilds personal brand and supports eminence building in chosen industryContributes to the development of Statements of Work (SOW), engagement budgeting, and pricing model development and develops budget, scope and staffing recommendations based on understanding of the clients budget and project economicsBuilds a global network of subject matter experts within chosen sector and leverages global collateral to support sales pursuits and engagementsManages effectively across cross-geography teams, flexing to cultural differences and shared views on project quality, objectives, and outcomesWorks with clients business and functional leaders to identify areas, owners and processes to audit based on relative risk; plans internal audit cycle accordinglySynthesizes internal audit results into prioritized and action-oriented recommendations, considering industry-leading practices; escalate to clients stakeholders in a timely fashionLeverages industry-leading frameworks (e.g. COSO) to design internal audit standard operating procedures that enable an efficient and effective internal audit processPerforms assessments of clients internal audit function to identify gaps in compliance with IIA Standards, deviations from stakeholder expectations, and opportunities to implement industry-leading practices; uses frameworks, methodologies, and industry knowledge, as appropriateLeverages the results of the assessment to develop insight-driven recommendations; guides client team through implementationWorks with clients business and functional leaders to identify areas, owners and processes to audit based on relative risk; plans internal audit cycle accordinglySynthesizes internal audit results into prioritized and action-oriented recommendations, considering industry-leading practices; escalate to clients stakeholders in a timely fashionLeverages industry-leading frameworks (e.g. COSO) to design internal audit standard operating procedures that enable an efficient and effective internal audit processMaintains an understanding of the latest global developments and regulatory and legal framework within which the organization operatesEmploys a data-driven and innovative approach to identify and communicate opportunities to improve the internal audit processPerforms assessments of clients internal audit function to identify gaps in compliance with IIA Standards, deviations from stakeholder expectations, and opportunities to implement industry-leading practices; uses frameworks, methodologies, and industry knowledge, as appropriateLeverages the results of the assessment to develop insight-driven recommendations; guides client team through implementation REQUIREMENTS: An undergraduate degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering, MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate is a plusAt least 6 to 8 years of experience in Management Consulting Firm.Experience in big four companies is a plusAbility to apply knowledge of structure, functions, and procedures in solving organizational problems and to develop methods for implementing prescribed systems with the capability to predict the effect of changes recommended or instituted.Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).Willing to work hours as needed to meet client deadlines and firm needs.Strong proficiency in basic PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) with a general understanding of data analysis techniquesAbility to think strategically and assist in the organization and management of a multi-disciplinary team; ability to sell additional services to clientsAbility to conduct extensive researchFull mobility travel
