Facilities/Maintenance Managers Khobar, Saudi Arabia - BigFishWe are currently representing a large Saudi Arabia based, facilities management company. They have recently won a new contract to deliver maintenance services to a large facility in Dammam/Khobar area of Saudi Arabia. They are currently seeking Facilities Management staff to join their team. Candidates should have experience in either facilities management or building maintenance, ideally to a large portfolio of buildings or a large site. REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have experience in managing maintenance to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems and have ideally managed a large number of blue collar workers (Technician level). In addition, a knowledge and understanding of a performance driven contract containing SLAs and KPIs is also essential as the role will involve managing the performance of a number of sub-contractors delivering the services. Candidates should ideally be able to relocate within Eight weeks.
