Our client, a philanthropic organisation requires an Innovation Program Manager to join in Riyadh, KSA. The main purpose of the position is to lead the innovation department, build short & long term strategy, conduct partnerships, design programs and manage the execution of the programs.The main duties are for:-Strategy and Business Development-Budget-Program Design, Partnership, and Management-Media/Press-Collaboration-Policies, Processes and Procedures-People Management-Continuous ImprovementThe key result areas are to grow the start-up Ecosystem in Saudi, by increasing no. of start-ups, revenues generated by them, no. of employees they hired and the amount of investment they raised. Advise, coach other ecosystem players towards a common goals of growing the ecosystem and increase in quality of start-ups, accelerators, and investments. REQUIREMENTS: -Suitable candidates will be a Saudi National with 10 years of experience.-A certification in Entrepreneurship is helpful but not needed.-An MBA would be preferred. -It would be preferable to be connected with the Entrepreneurship ecosystem in Saudi, know the Venture Capitalists angle, start-ups, and other Ecosystem Enablers.-The relevant industries you would have worked in will include Gov, Semi Gov, MNCs, Start-ups, Tech, Accelerators & Incubators, VCs, and Consulting.
