They are currently looking to recruit Information Technology Department Head for their offices in JeddahReport to: Chief Shared Services OfficerDuties & Responsibilities:Contribute to the formulation of the company Shared Services strategyEnsure alignment of IT Departments efforts in implementing the company Shared Services strategyMonitor the development and implementation of the IT Departments policies, procedures and processesMonitor performance of the IT Department against KPIs and objectives on a regular basis.Recommend improvements and efficiencies in line with the company corporate prioritiesDevelop and monitor the annual budget of the IT DepartmentOversee and guide the Information Technology team to ensure that the company functions and airports/SBUs are provided with an efficient and integrated IT systemEnsure collaboration between IT and concerned stakeholders to understand business requirements of the company various functions and stations, and determine technology needsLead the development and implementation of Information Technology security approaches and plans as well as disaster readiness and recovery plansLead the development, operation, and maintenance of reliable Information Technology infrastructure to meet business needsOversee the effective storage, security and confidentiality of dataLead the development, implementation and maintenance of technology solutions for the company HQ and airports/SBUs that are capable of being integrated with existing IT infrastructureOversee the effective and efficient implementation of IT Projects across HQ and airports/SBUs along with proper change managementOversee the collaboration with internal stakeholders and third party providers to establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that will support business objectives; monitor adherence to SLAs on a regular basisOversee the timely and efficient provision of technology support to all users in HQ and stationsProvide technical advice to Procurement Department during the development and execution of IT-related contractsMonitor the effective and efficient collaboration between HQ and airports/SBUsProvide professional development support and perform periodic performance reviews for direct subordinates based on the company Performance Management SystemDevelop workforce plans and succession plans for key positions in the IT DepartmentWork to provide employees within the IT Department with the required competencies through appropriate and blended learningRecruit talent within the IT Department REQUIREMENTS: Qualification & Experience:Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceMBA or Masters in a relevant field is a plusMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience and at least 5 years of experience in a managerial roleGood Communication SkillsFluency in English & ArabicSaudi Nationals
