Employment: Full Time The Marine HSE Officer will be responsible for conducting all HSE operations related to the Port & Vessels.Client DetailsKey Player in Marine ServicesDescriptionConducting Safety Inspections, CEHA and other required inspections onContractor assets which will include Vessels and shore side areasWorking with Vessel Captains, ensuring knowledge of Marine procedures and complianceProviding HSE training to the Contractor workforce, both onshore and offshoreWorking closely with Saudi Aramco Marine Department and QA&CU to identify and take remedial action in areas where safety can be improvedProviding proactive input towards safety initiatives and Safety Presentations as necessaryProducing documents for the sharing of Safety Information, e.g. Safety FlyersConducting Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis as requiredParticipating in Incident investigationsImplementing the company policy, objectives, ISM code, GI and these instructionsDemonstrating deep knowledge with HAZCOM and in identifying and dealing with hazardsRisk assessment, work permit system, tool box talks, Job Safety Analyses, Marine Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis ProgramsTracking and Closure of Marine Incident Recommendations and Marine Department Categories of IncidentsFollowing industrial hygiene and occupational health aspects of environmental protection policyJob OfferAttractive Package REQUIREMENTS: Should hold an HSE Certificate of a similar standard to the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and SafetyHold International Marine Qualification with a minimum of STCW II/2 (Master) or III/2 (Chief Engineer)Strong experienced in offshore vessel operations and knowledge of the Marine Training and Safety Drills Onboard Marine Vessels, ships LSA, FFE and PPEFamiliar with all Saudi Aramco Emergency response Plans and a knowledge of the Marine Departments requirements
