Join WSP, and youll be at the heart of a team of international experts all dedicated to growing and sharing their expertise, and working on projects that transform society for all of us.WSP are looking for a Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Advisor to ensure our HSEQ management system is embedded into our offices and projects across KSA & Kuwait in compliance with local and international rules and regulations.A typical week would include:Lead in driving our HSEQ cultureProvide sound advice, support and training on the requirements of our HSEQ management system and Project Life Cycle to our KSA and Kuwait businessPromote and encourage positive safe behavioursContribute to the development and implementation of HSEQ policies, procedures and standardsSupport the implementation of our HSEQ training plan and identify new opportunities to upskill our peopleAssist in the investigation of incidents and non-conformances to establish immediate, underlying and root causes to prevent recurrenceSupport the HSEQ team in the delivery of the internal audit scheduleIdentify areas for improvement within the KSA and Kuwait business to support continual improvement REQUIREMENTS: Wed love to hear from you if you have:At least 5 years experience in the field of HSEQ within a large organisation (preferably construction)Degree level qualification in e.g. NEBOSH Diploma Level 6, NVQ Diploma Level 5 or equivalentInternal / eternal auditing qualification, ISO 45001, 14001 or 9001Membership of a professional body, IOSH, IIRSM or CQI.
