HSE OfficerJob Location : Saudi ArabiaMajor Duties & Responsibilities :?Perform and provide safe working environment at shop and site.?Implementation and maintaining safe procedures of working.?Preparation of weekly safety analysis report.?Safety survey.?Preparation of monthly report, e.g accident & man hour loss, tool box meeting topics.?Preparation of accident report in case of accident & make arrangement to shift the victim to clinic maintaining Co. procedure.?Analysis the root cause of accident and implement corrective/preventive action.?Report concern supervisor & production superintendent for any safety violation at work place.?Supervision on housekeeping at work places.?Implementation of personal safety gears.?Insure availability of all proper PPE at all the time.?Monitoring & maintaining record of fire extinguishers validity and proper functioning.?Insure sufficient fire extinguishers availability at all spots.?Check & maintain daily utility services.?Prepare Medical Referral.?Check for Safe rigging planning & arrangement for loading, unloading & material handling with load calculation.?Prepare safe Scaffolding arrangement at work places as required.?Periodic check of equipment condition, welding cables, machines etc.?Keep record of preventive maintenance schedule and co-ordinate the same with maintenance department.
