Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Faithful+Gould are currently looking for an experienced HSE Manager to form part of our Project Management Consultant (PMC) project team based on a large mixed-use Development in KSA. The main objective of the PMC is to implement and manage the overall Development Programme, which includes infrastructure enhancement works, as well as retail mall and hospitality new build and refurbishment elements. REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS- Degree qualified: Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field;- 8 to 15 years overall experience and preferably have experience similar to this project/role;- A minimum of 5 years experience working in USA, Canada or Western European Countries;- Previous experience working in Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia;- Professional membership;- Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multi-functional projects;- In-depth knowledge of project controls procedures.- A "rounded profile", comfortable with planning, analysis and managing process and commercial considerations.- The successful candidate will also be able to mobilise people and teams and drive for a successful delivery.- Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with clients and internally.
