One of our clients based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is currently looking to hire an HR Director with a wealth of experience in HR, looking for their next challenge.* The ideal candidate has to have experience within the utilities sector and has experience working in the UK or US.* The business is currently going through a restructure. In this role you will be focusing on all aspects of the HR function from operational to strategic - developing leadership, recruitment, compensation & benefits, ER, employee engagement, etc.* Your main objectives will be automating processes, transforming culture in the business and bench-marking. REQUIREMENTS: Key REQUIREMENTS:* 10+ years of HR experience, ideally 8+ years in management (Head of or HR Director position)* Fluent in English* Managed all aspects of the HR function* Strong stakeholder management skills* Experience with transformation and change managementThis position offers a highly competitive salary and package.
