Age Limit: 32-45 yearsTotal Experience: 8+ years in the similar profileSkills: Able to manage 100+ vehicles and 100+ equipmentsJob Responsibilities:?Ensure the protective and preventive maintenance of all the heavy vehicles and equipment?s ensuring smooth plant operations.?Conduct daily inspections of the heavy vehicles and equipment?s ensuring that they are in good working order.?Analyze Fleetio data daily to track vehicle/ equipment usage and maintenance requirements, prioritize the critical issues and ensure timely resolution; follow up on the pending issues related to maintenance.?Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work to the direct reports.?Responsible for the overall operation, coordination, quality control of the workshop and maintenance of the vehicles, equipment(s), tools.?Provide maintenance related feedback to the interested parties; explain the resolved and pending faults; address all the queries of the interested parties related to the maintenance in professional manner.?Respond to emergency situations including vehicle accident/ break down on priority basis.?Coordinate the vehicle inspection, equipment(s) inspection, fire extinguishers inspection and dumping inspection and ensuring that all the vehicles, equipment (s), tools are in good working order, safe for use and dumping operations are performed as per the guidelines.?Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of company?s assets.
