Employment: Full Time Charterhouse is working with a premium Greek culinary destination in Riyadh who are looking to hire a Head Pastry Chef. This role will be working very closely with the Head Chef and culinary consultant to contribute show stopping items to the menu.Your main responsibilities will be to support the Head Chef and when he is not there assume his role and oversee the culinary team and kitchen. You will be required to maintain the company culinary vision and delivery at all times. You will work with the Head Chef to constantly develop and evolve the menu, maintaining the Greek roots but taking it to the next level. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate must be an experiences Head Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef looking to take the next step. You must specialise in a diverse portfolio across pastries, desserts and breads. The successful candidate will have experience in Greek cuisine and have a proven portfolio. This role requires a highly creative pastry chef, someone who can combine timeless traditional Greek dishes and flavours with a fresh twist. Preference will be given to candidates with GCC experience, however my client is open to relocating a candidate from outside the GCC. The ideal candidate is a true creative Pastry Chef with exceptional Greek restaurant experience.
