Al Meeqat Hospital has a 300-bed capacity.This project contributes to the Organizations goal to expand its services throughout the Kingdom and gives emphasis to the reputation of KFSH&RC as a leading national medical institution and its ability to deliver the highest standards of providing medical careRiyadh to JeddahBy Car:- 3 h 59 min (420.6 km) via Route 15Flight- 55 minutesProfessional Connections is contracted to hire European, New Zealand and Australian passport holders only for posts in this hospital.DescriptionJob Title: Head, Clinical Radiology - Jeddah BranchRoles and ResponsibilitiesSummary: Plans, directs, organizes and coordinates the overall activities and functions of Clinical Radiology to achieve its mission, goals and objectives, and enhance its existing systems, process, and productivity.Essential Responsibilities and Duties:-Directs technical operations and activities within Clinical Radiology.-Co-evaluates supervisors and directs staffs performance, recommends merit increase as appropriate.-Ensures adequate quality checks and controls are in place to maintain the highest service standards.-Oversees Section and/or orientation, of Clinical Radiology new employees.-Under the direction of the Chairman, maintains annual budget for technical component.-Participates in assessing capital equipment needs.-Supervises and resolves technical and administrative issues related to technical and support staff of the Department.-Liaises under Chairmans supervision with stakeholders/customers.-Assures availability of highly competent, professional technical/support staff.-Oversees training and educational activities of Clinical Radiology staff.-Assists in developing Hospital policies and procedures related to the Department.-Participates in departmental strategic planning process.-Helps in developing plans and implementing revenue generation initiatives consistent with Medical Affaire objectives.-Ensures safe working environment.-Participates in self and others education, training and development as applicable.-Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.-Performs other related duties as assigned.Benefits:-Generous tax-free income.-Lucrative benefits package to include free fully furnished accommodation, free healthcare, free flights and 54 days paid leave per year.-Other benefits +++ REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Educations:-Ph.D., Masters or Bachelors Degree in Radiological Sciences, or related discipline required from an accredited program.Experience Required:-Five (5) Years of related experience with Ph.D. degree including three (3) years in a related senior or supervisory position , Eight (8) of similar qualifications with Masters degree or Ten (10) years of similar qualifications with Bachelors Degree is required.
