Employment: Full Time Coordinate and Supervise the hard services team which also includes a grounds team to ensure service delivery to the client is of the highest possible standard. The team will consist of a number of hands-on tradespeople, including Technicians, plumbers, and a multi-trade expert as well as a grounds worker.Deploy the team accordingly, in the most effective way, to ensure that day-to-day problems, as well as planned works, are managed effectively.Research, develop, design, and test HVAC/ Mechanical/ Electrical components, equipment, and systems; applying principles and techniques of HVAC/ Mechanical and Electrical engineering6.Ensure critical Department policies, practices, and procedures are documented and maintained in accordance with the plant Operational Excellence System Standards and Specifications. REQUIREMENTS: Must have knowledge and experience with facilities operations and maintenance practices and procedures. Apart from that the individual shall have;1.Bachelors Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience2.Ability to make the hard call in relation to matters of safety even if this might be operationally or commercially unpalatable.3.Ability to lead and manage others to achieve goals and outcomes.4.Ability to challenge conventional thinking and find ways to improve on the status quo.5.Ability to demonstrate and encourage adherence to the organizations values and ethical standards.6.Service the mechanical and electrical systems related to the requirement of the clients request 7.Electronic/ Mechanical / HVAC Production Technologies knowledge8.An excellent understanding of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance.9.Developing Budgets, Management Proficiency10.Electronics Troubleshooting11.Basic Safety, Quality Focus12.Process Improvement13.Leadership
