Major Investment & Construction / Engineering group in Saudi Arabia require a Group Legal Counsel. Candidates should have 1t least 17-18 years plus experience in Legal aspects related to Construction & Engineering companies / Projects. Experience in Board Level Reporting, Corporate Governance and M&A experience is preferred and any additional experience in PPP, BOT or DBFO projects would be highly beneficial. Degree in Law is mandatory. Salary: SAR 60,000 to 90,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: + medical + tickets + holiday REQUIREMENTS: 17-18 years experience in Law. Construction & Engineering experience.
