LLB or equivalent Law Degree (for incumbents with legal background)* Master of Business Administration (alternative for non-legal background)* Bachelor: at least 10 years of total experience* Master: at least 8 years of total experience* Any certificate / courses related to Corporate Governance and Compliance, e.g.:* Governance: Certificate in Corporate Governance (ICSA), International Corporate Governance Certificate, or equivalent* Compliance: achieving ICA qualification level or equivalent* Internal audit: CIA, CISA or equivalent* Total of 5 years of experience in Corporate Law (GCC) with experience in dealing with Governance and Compliance issues in Saudi Arabia (for legal background)* Total of 5 years of experience with minimum 4 years Senior Managerial / Executive experience in topics related to Governance and Compliance in Saudi Arabia (for non-legal background)* Demonstrated understanding and competency in application of Saudi Arabia Corporate Governance Regulations as issued by CMA and MoCi* Fluency in both Arabic and English is required, including experience in writing and understanding legal texts.
