NTS Group Recruitment are working with a leading hospitality group who are seeking a General Manager for one of their leading and most luxurious fine dining restaurants in Riyadh, KSA. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and effective running of the restaurant as well as focusing on all operational duties, team management responsibilities, marketing, P&L etc. you will also maintain the restaurants revenue, profitability, quality standards and health & safety, ensuring efficient restaurant operation. Reporting into the brand operations manager, you will be responsible for running a large, busy and dynamic restaurant in Dubai leading a team and hitting set KPIs. REQUIREMENTS: To be successful, you will have previous experience working for luxury, stand alone, fine dining restaurants, with the understanding of how to run and manage successful restaurants within this specific arena. You should be innovative and creative in your approach with an enthusiastic and high energy outlook and attitude with a minimum of 6 years experience and happy to work in Riyadh.
