Employment: Full Time Reputable & Construction based group in Saudi Arabia require an experienced General Manager to oversee the expansion of the companies Civil Works & Fit Out area. REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should come from either a Civil or Architectural Engineering background, who must have worked in General Contracting company undertaking turnkey projects. Candidate should have good commanding power and knowledge in running construction company and supervise & coordinate with Operation Manger / Construction Director and other department heads. Should be able to plan and acquire resources like manpower, equipment, cash-flow, etc. Good knowledge in contractual discipline, negotiation, planning and forecasting.Candidates should have experience in variety of projects such as general building construction as well as fit-out jobs. Strong knowledge and controlling power in Commercial, Estimation and Bidding Finance & Accounts, HR, Camps & Logistics and other day to day operation of construction company. They should also have good managerial and coordination skill, since he is the one representing the company and dealing with clients and other public. The candidate should have worked in a medium range construction company in similar position. Candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic language both written and spoken.
