Forward thinking, social and environmental consciousness are the fundamental principles uniting the YALJ Group.YALJ are currently searching for a General Manager to be based in Qassim, KSA.You will:Have a minimum of 5 years GM experience in a similar backgroundBe required to manage (along with the site in Qassim), the whole Agri business in KSA (farms located in Medina and Jadida)Have good knowledge on agricultural/ food production/ manufacturing/ export/ administration, commercial and operational background in managing similar businesses like large farms, date farms is preferred but not a mustHave experience of farm management and agricultural methods and understanding conditions with regards to crop management is preferred but not a deciding factorHave strong team management experience, supervisory and motivational skillsBe cost conscience. Take steps to cut and manage costsHave strong interpersonal skills. Recruit and manage staff at all levelsBe innovative and creativeBe results orientedHave strong project management skillsBe hard working.
