FTTH TechnicianJob Location : RiyadhJob Responsibilities:?Receive and check all assigned TT from control management department or Field Supervisor.?Prioritize tickets based on urgency to manage tickets easily and cut down on the backlog.?Contact the available clients to schedule appointments and explain all necessary service step.?Complete installs for new services and equipment for clients by installing fibers, network interface devices, wires, and modems accordance with company standards.?Configure and install FTTH Internet devices.?Follow up and filter the load to ensure a high service quality from ONT to ONT to OTB/OSB/ODB.?Inspect and examine the conduit method for wiring.?Install cables in accordance with safety regulations and troubleshoot issues with cables to ensure efficiency of network.?Configure network and resolve all related issues with sense of urgency.?Identify and submit materials and equipment requests from the warehouse on a weekly basis.?Ensure safe and proper use of all equipment following equipment regulations guide.?Escalate all design related issues to the Field Supervisor.?Undertake any other task/duty as requested by the Field Supervisor.Skills and Qualifications:?Bachelors degree or /diploma in a related field.?Certificate (FTTH) is an advantage.?5 years or more of experience in the same field or in a related area.?Good command of MS Office.?Good command of English and Arabic.?ERP knowledge is an advantage.
