Employment: Full Time The CompanyRobert Half are partnering exclusively with a middle east focused, market leading manufacturing business to assist in strengthening their finance function.Role and responsibility* Assist in formulating the companys future direction and supporting tactical initiates* Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic plans* Manage Capital requests and budgeting process* Overseeing the financial operation of the company including transaction processes system* Overseeing the issuances of financial information including monthly and quarter reporting to the shareholders* Plan and implement the policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) regarding the accounting and financial reporting* Review YTD actual vs budgeted performance of each department with objective to "pin-pointing" the factors that limit the actual performance to a shorter than budgeted level. The process invoices detail discussions with department heads* Implement budget follow-up process (comparison of actual vs budgeted performance) as a detailed monthly exercise* Issuance of statuary financial statements and coordinate with external auditors* Prepare financial feasibility of expansion projects* Constant review of existing procedures and practises and advising respective changes to ensure compliance of KSA company law and zakat and tax laws REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications and personal skills* Fully qualified accountant (CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA)* Masters degree in accounting or business-related subject* 6+ years of extensive finance and accounting experience within industry roles* Strong communication and established commercial acumen* Comfortable working with ERP systems, experience with EPICOR would be advantageous* Proficient in Excel
