The ideal candidate will have overall responsibility for the day to day management of the commercial and financial operations for the Riyadh office including supervision and development of the KSA finance team.This person will act as a conduit between the KSA office and the regional Finance team.The role involves collaboration with other business support groups to ensure the KSA office specific objectives are achieved and data is managed effectively.This role has dual reporting line to the regional Accounts Team Manager and regional Working Capital Manager in Dubai. REQUIREMENTS: Have a minimum of a Bachelor degree in relevant field. Preferably hold a relevant Accounting qualificationTransferable Iqama requiredExcellent financial and commercial awareness with an overall understanding of all Accounting aspects, including Tax (P&L, budgets, etc.)Experience of supervising/managing small teamsMinimum of 5 years experience in a professional service industryExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, influencing and presenting at senior levelStrong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
