To effectively manage and control the financial accounting operations of the company, to include but not limited to the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of the system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the companys reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.In addition, this role will require developing teamwork and spirit to achieve the management accounts timetable. REQUIREMENTS: Take responsibility for ensuring that the financial processes, systems and controls are operating effectivelyMaintaining the statutory records for the businessPreparation of all consolidated Statutory AccountsDeveloping management accounts procedures and responsibilitiesBudget and Quarterly Forecast preparation for Property and Operations ServicesManagement accounts preparation for Property and Operations ServicesOverall responsibility for the preparation of the consolidated company monthly management reportsOwnership for the preparation and recording of Balance Sheet accountingResponsibility of treasury function cash flow management of the companyManaging transactional team and overseeing / reviewing sales ledger, purchase ledger, payroll, cash posting and all general ledger entriesHandling VAT, GOSI and Tax duties, including corporation taxLiaise with auditors and preparing audit packsProject management of process changes and implementationsManagement / Supervisory ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the management and supervision of the accounts processing teamResponsible for establishing and developing monthly workload cyclesResponsible for maintaining and enforcing a documented system of accounting policies and proceduresResponsible for the career development of staffNecessary REQUIREMENTS:ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalentExceptional staff management backgroundExcellent communicatorProven ability of working under pressureStrong IT skillsExperience of working in the Middle East will be advantageous but not essential
