Planning & BudgetingSupervise and manage and work with OpCo leadership to discuss critical issues & ensure strategic issues are addressed in implementation of budget policies and processes in timely mannerSupport the annual budgeting process and to ensure its effective & timely completionReview the budget and provide critical overview on strategic matters to businessesCapex AnalysisCoordinate and work with OpCo on capex proposal submitted by entities & provide support to functional head in feasibility and capex analysisDevelop MIS to monitor capex progress and coordinate with entitiesFinancial and Portfolio AnalysisManage and develop mechanism to provide accurate, timely, high quality financial analysis and advice to decision-makersDesigns reporting format to aid portfolio performance measurement, evaluation and attributionPerformance AnalysisQuarterly performance analysis of actual vs BudgetStrategic projectsGovernment investment portfolio tracking and analysis from time to time to provide critical inputWork on identified strategic project for the businessesSupport manager on M&A, Due Diligence or new business opportunity evaluationEnsures timely collation, consolidation and submission of management and operational information from OpCos as per the reporting templates specified from time to time.Takes responsibility for delivering any formal, informal or ad-hoc information requests REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Accounting & FinanceCA/ ACCA/ CPA / MBA from a recognized professional institutionQualified finance professional with 7-8 years experience in FP&A in a Big 4 or in a similar role in a large conglomerate/ PE/ SWFHave an understanding of commercial strategic drivers and key indicators to perform financial analysisCapital Expenditure evaluation ability and past experience in feasibility studiesManaging the team and dealing in multiple sectorsUnderstanding of SAP/ Oracle is required
