Looking to Recruit an Arabic speaking Finance Manager to join AlSadaf Production; a leading sonic and visual production business based in Jeddah KSA. This role will report to the CFO and will manage the full finance function in KSA as a standalone roleTo comply with all reporting, financial management and audit requirements imposed by regulatory bodies in finance functions performedTo minimize financial risks to which the Group would otherwise be exposed to, in order to achieve its corporate and business objectivesTo monitor effectively the supervise expenditure and income in satisfying the business objectives and reportingEnsure proper implementation of financial solutions (i.e. Accounting Systems)Efficient processing and recording of financial transactions and comprehensive financial reporting and analysisTo minimize external and internal audit observationsEnsure that finance systems are implemented and consistent within policies and procedures and that all additional risks are fully documented.To ensure that all activities within the finance department are in accordance with Corporate Finance PoliciesSupervise and implement on daily operations full and accurate set of financial management and accounting functions reflecting all finance activities of the country units in a manner commensurate with the relevant legislation and regulation in the territory of operation and subject to internal guidelines.Implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor the performance of the supervised country units (e.g. adherence to the budget, expenses, income, other budgetary items, etc.) REQUIREMENTS: CMA or CPA qualifedArabic and English fluencyStrong Critical Thinking skillsExcellent Communication Skills (Spoken and written)Negotiation SkillsCustomer orientationAuditingFluent Arabic and English SpeakerMultinational company experience is preferredStrong communication skills
