Finance Executive up to 9K AED for an F&B Retail in UAE-Perform all aspects of the general ledger accounting including providing support during monthly reporting to Finance Manager and Finance Specialist-Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules-Prepare journal entries related to assigned functional responsibilities-Ensures transactions are analyzed to arrive at correct account balances, and journal entries are well documented, timely and accurate-Implements and carries out accounting procedures according to IFRS, and is in compliance with all laws, regulatory requirements, and generally accepted standards and best practices applicable to the organization-Participates in month-end and year-end closing-Prepares schedules for annual and other external audits-Participates in cross departmental and cross organizational teams, projects and planning activities as needed-Participates in the implementation of financial systems that facilitate efficient operation and financial management of the organization-Participates in maintain CAPITAL expenditure reports-Generates and distributes various financial reports, including circulating shared services reporting to Heads of Functions monthly REQUIREMENTS: -POSITION: Finance Executive-SALARY: up to 9,000 AED all-in depending on experience and qualifications-HIRING COMPANY: F and B Retail-WORK LOCATION: UAE-AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized-EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PermanentCANDIDATE PROFILE:-Open to Filipino nationality-Male/Female, 35 years old belowEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:-Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or any relevant course-Minimum 1-year of work experience in similar industry/ role-Excellent written and oral communication skills & presentation skills-Ability to work well in a team and also unsupervised-Strong organizational and time management skills-Ability to work under pressure-Good IT skills mainly Excel
