Employment: Full Time About the client:They a multinational property, facility management and investment organization operating in the GCC Region.About the role:The Finance & Contract Manager will lead and support the sourcing and commercial aspect of the contract on behalf of both the company and the clients.Responsibilities:-Development and execution of supply chain strategy relevant to the customer account.-Commercial/contractual trusted advisor to the business.-Negotiation and agreement of costs/fees, contract terms & conditions, and SLAs.-Deliver policy adherence and implementation of innovation, continuous improvement, best business practice tools. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:-Must have a Bachelors degree-Professional procurement qualification (MCIPS, CPM, CPSM, or equivalent).-8-10 years strategic sourcing/procurement/finance experience-4-5 years sourcing for FM services.
