Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment We are currently seeking a Facilities Management and Building Manager with an experience at minimum of 10 years experience to join the project team in Riyadh.- The Facilities Management and Building Manager will have a minimum of 10 years technical and management experience.- Must be able to oversee all FM & Building maintenance activities and verify that it is being carried out safely and to the passengers and the Employers satisfaction.- Responsible for measuring O&M Contractors performance, must be capable of evaluating and adjusting performance where and when required.- Overseeing the O&M Contractors mobilization and including sub-contractors (e.g. cleaning, elevators and escalators)- Reviewing the O&M Contractors submissions; asset and maintenance plans, procedures, instructions.
