Summary:This is very important role and the incumbent will be responsible for working with the project leaders, designers, client and technical specialists for the for the delivery of faade systems and work plans in the project.Key Responsibilities:Ensure and complete the Fabrication/Installation of Faade systems comply with project drawing/requirements, safety & quality system & procurement plans.Attending of Project site meetings & site walk for the erection work coordinationPreparing the erection log in daily basis after the work completion.Identified and resolve potential structural issues.Estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment?s and labor to determine project feasibility.Manpower management and work allocation for erection activities and coordinating with Erection foreman & Supervisors for timely work completionAttending daily meeting and ensuring all erection activities were done as per safety precautions and standards.Updating fabrication, material receipt and erection status (for main structure and additional scope) for fixing monthly targets to prepare monthly invoiceFor Effective and affiliation of Co Ordination and progress review meeting with client.Inspected project sites to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, safety protocols and state sanitation standards.Preparing the Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress ReportsRaising and monitoring Sub Contractor Request and preparing Subcontractor payment certification against work order.Checking and verification of bills submitted by the subcontractorEnsure and complete the approval process from Internal Quality team and client as per project requirements.Monitoring the inspection of incoming Raw material as per customer requirement and other specification.Ensuring the approved material being used at site with approved drawings.Ensuring and monitoring the safety of Man and materials as per project requirements.Skills/Qualification/ Experience:- Bachelor Degree in Engineering Field and related typical 12-15 years of experience. The incumbent should have broad technical expertise. Professional certifications will be an added advantage in consideration.
