As an Experience Management Executive within the Experience Management Team, you will be part of the regional team and act as the key contact for the talent pools strategic experience allocation and capacity management.The opportunityThis role is a resource management and workforce-planning specialist who activates the day-to-day operations of the Experience Management function. Your role is to ensure we maximize business performance and deliver on our talent promise through proactive management of our talent pool.You will achieve these through;Allocating the right people, to the right role, at the right timeSupporting project demand prioritization and supply augmentationIdentifying and providing insight in regards to workforce planning and skills, capability and trendsYou will be using your specialist knowledge and relationships to ensure we maximize productivity and develop our talent through their on the job experiences.Your key responsibilitiesAdvisory Consultant Program (ACP) Responsible for MENA-wide graduate development program, working closely with our most junior people to create a compelling and rewarding career in their first few years and beyond. Activities include meetings with individuals to map out their EY experience, hosting ACP team calls, identify opportunities for program improvement and development, to become an ACP ambassador across your EY networkStakeholder Management Responsible for managing key relationships within the talent poolPipeline & Demand management Ensuring direct connectivity between pursuits teams and the experience managerTalent pool management & experience optimization Actively managing bench, available capacity by understanding capability and proactively identifying opportunities for all available resourcesExperience optimization Highlighting capability outside the home talent pool via cross-functional, cross-border or cross-region allocation to maximize productivityExperience management Promoting identification and delivery of career experiences as part of every engagementLeakage management and data quality Ensuring ubiquitous and effective use of key enablers and data quality that supports rapid decisionsEYU & Development Building individual capability and personal brand through a detailed development plan that deliver the learning, coaching and experiences needed to growContinuous improvement Help to design and support roll-out of initiatives on behalf of the Experience Management leader and identify opportunities to improve team performanceSkills and attributes for successStrong communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skillsDemonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitudeStrong personal integrity and adherence to strict confidentialityAble to build relationships at all levels REQUIREMENTS: To qualify for the role you must haveExperience with experience management and planning or business operations within professional services environmentsRefined relationship and stakeholder management skillsStrong knowledge of business systems and refined data analysis skillsExperience working closely with colleagues in a high-performing teamIdeally, you will also haveA degree or post graduate in a related disciplinePeople management and development experienceWhat we look forWe are looking for people who can combine, great listening skills, collaboration, influencing and commercial acumen.
