MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or related discipline* Environmental Diploma or equivalent* Membership of IEMA or equivalent* 10 years experience on international mega-Projects working in an Environmental Leadership role* Strong environmental management experience of large multi discipline sites during construction and commissioning phases* Organised, disciplined, able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and parallel tasks* Internationally recognised (IOSH / OSHA / Government Sponsored) environmental courses* Fluent spoken and written English* Thorough knowledge of international standards for management of Health, Safety, Environment and Risk such as OSHA, NFPA, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001* Good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a multifaceted / multinational organizational matrix with a variety of working relationships* Willingness to travel and be based in remote locationADVANTAGES:* Knowledge and experience in oil & gas, or renewables projects* Experience in the Middle East environment* Knowledge and experience of EPC management* Experience with IFC audits
