Employment: Full Time Duties & Responsibilities:Providing advice to building owners on best practiceDevelop an energy management strategyProvide advice and training to all SP staff on the conservation of energyHold seminars for residents and occupiers on energy savingPlace posters on noticeboards and stickers at switchesIdentify high energy consuming plant and advise the operators how to optimizeInspect the buildings to ensure occupiers are not wasting energyIdentify IOT devices to enable time and set points to be setIdentify energy saving measures and make recommendationsAnalyze meter readings and develop reports and graphsAnalyze any anomalies and investigateCheck the utility invoice against actual and query or reconcileBenchmark utility consumption against similar facilitiesMonitor any discharges of liquid into the environmentAttend client and internal meetingsMonitor service performance and adherence to budgetIdentify and manage risks. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a related subject or otherwise extensive industry experience and demonstrated capabilitiesDemonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and OutlookApprox. 5 to 10 years related experience
