Role Summary:ECT is a nine to 12-month program designed to give recent university/college graduates challenging work assignments, training and development, and exposure to leadership. The program combines hands on experience with training to equip participants with the tools andknowledge to become leaders in BHGE.Essential Responsibilities:The Trainee PQE is responsible for driving process & product quality by reducing defects manufacturing processes. Successful candidates must partner with salaried & hourly staff to build quality to execute the process. Trainee PQEs will be responsible for doing Cell audits and cross -audits in other areas of the business.
