Job Responsibilities:Supervise and manage a team of drivers to ensure efficient and timely operations.Monitor driver performance through daily reports, route efficiency, and delivery timelines.Handle driver-related complaints and resolve issues professionally.Ensure all drivers comply with company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations.Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training to improve team performance.Coordinate daily schedules and allocate tasks based on operational needs.Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to streamline processes.Maintain records of attendance, violations, and incidents involving drivers.Requirements:Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role or in managing drivers.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts efficiently.Familiarity with logistics or transportation operations is a plus.Basic knowledge of using tracking or fleet management systems
