* Bachelors Degree in Architecture or relevant field* Minimum 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry, specializing in the programme and project management of large mixed-use developments and large-scale hospitality, commercial and high-end residential projects in the GCC region* Strong leadership skills and experience in managing / coordinating multiple teams across all project phases* Experience in streamlining technical / design-related processes* Awareness of Quality and Environmental Systems and the ability to work to the expected requirements of these systems.* Working knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems
