Employment: Full Time Guildhall is once again supporting one of The Worlds Largest Contractors, this time in relation to one of Saudi Arabias giga projects, NEOM.The project itself is an enormous 5-star resort, hotel & infrastructure works valued in excess of 300 Million USD with a 5 duration.As part of this major project, we need a Deputy Project Director with 5-star hotel and infrastructure project experience. REQUIREMENTS: - Degree educated- International Main Contractor experience- Minimum of 20 years of project experience- Must have experience in KSA- Must have experience of 5-star Hotels and Infrastructure works given the size and nature of the project/location- Single project experience in excess of 300 Million USD
