Shall maintain and repair system related field instrumentation equipment as required.Shall trouble shoot the systems based on related wiring control diagram, schematic and flowcharts using test equipmentInstall, commission, troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, calibrate and test electronic control systems, HVAC rented fire alarm controls and other HVAC controls for DDC. Locate equipment faults and operating irregularities by making necessary diagnostical tests, measurements and analysis. Determine nature of repairs to be made and replacement parts required.Read electronic circuit prints and troubleshoot integrated circuit (IC) boards.Shall provide and Upload / Download DDC software programs for HVACHoneywell/ , Sauter/ Schneider direct digital controller (DDC)Shall have an experience in using Honeywell Building Management System(BMS) software, such as Windows NT, Designer, and Excel Programs.Shall have working knowledge and experience with heating, ventilation, airconditioning (HVAC) and sensing controls.Shall perform a routine check on HVAC Honeywell/ , Sauter/Schneider direct digital controller (DDC) and humidifies control system andtheir related devices.
