Recruitment specificationThe post holder must hold the following:* A degree in a relevant discipline* Offshore experience as an OIM or other management level position* Experience of operational management in curriculum delivery including the effective development, deployment and leadership of staff* Experience in the planning, development, approval and the delivery of Offshore safety skills core curriculum and the underpinning knowledge as per the industry standards* Significant experience in the planning, development, approval and the delivery of skills based short courses* An ability to build effective and financially beneficial working relationships with industry to drive and deliver dynamic, creative and innovative learning* Ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals and customers at all levels (internal and external)* Highly developed communication, liaison and networking skills* The ability to analyse, solve problems and implement change with a successful track record of managing and delivering change* A strong sense of purpose and proven experience of exceeding agreed goals and KPIsIn return you will receive:* Basic Salary - 51,526 per annum* Market Premium - 8,472 per annum* Overseas allowance - 10,008 per annum* Pension Allowance - 9% of basic salary + Market Premium* Travel Allowance - 50,900 SAR per annum (paid quarterly) (Current exchange rate equates to 9792 per annum)
