Crowd management is the systematic planning and proactive implementation of the Haj people inside and outside Holy Mosque on the basis of continual monitoring and analysis of human movement and group dynamics with the objective of security, the protection and the preservation of the well-being of all present.Duties and Responsibilities:Creating Crowd management models.Review and validating Crowd studies, and strategies.Crowd Risk Assessments.Evacuation, emergency planning.Crowd flow analysis, developed plans and strategies in this area.Checking the safety station in the public zones.Good knowledge dealing with the crowd management software.Good knowledge in reporting for the accidents, safety hazards, and security checks.Ensure that roles and responsibilities in relation to visitor safety are clearly defined, addressing both normal and emergency situations. REQUIREMENTS: Must have Bachelor degree in Civil or Architecture Engineer with min 13+ years of experience.Preferable bilingual candidates (Arabic and English)- Read, Write and speakSkills:Professionals from public transport planning and operations departments.Professionals working for transport authorities and operators.Expert in Risk, security and safety departments.
