Job Description

Required to join a the Saudi Arabian office of a leading engineering & project management consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and enforcement of corporate quality policies, quality audit programs, implementation of knowledge management policies and setting the strategic guidelines of the Operational Excellence Division.Duties includeChampion company wide operational excellence initiativesOversee the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiativesEnsure development of strong project management capabilities and ensure continuous training and development of Project Senior ManagersEnsure the provision of expert advice to quality and HSSE projects teams across the organizationEnsure all design deliverables are per organization standards and satisfactory to clientsPromote a quality and HSSE culture across the organizationEstablish a healthy work environment for stakeholdersEnsure offices are certified with Quality and HSSE certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc.Applicants should meet the following criteriaA degree in Engineering, Architecture, etcKnowledge of quality and compliance requirements and audit programsExperience with researching and implementing corporate-wide improvement initiatives targeting an organizations key processes and activitiesArabic language skills desirable REQUIREMENTS: Applicants should meet the following criteriaA degree in Engineering, Architecture, etc20+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry in a top tier regional / multinational engineering firmKnowledge of quality and compliance requirements and audit programsExperience with researching and implementing corporate-wide improvement initiatives targeting an organizations key processes and activitiesArabic language skills desirable
