These role will be based in Riyadh on a major mixed use development comprising numerous high rise buildings. REQUIREMENTS: Our client is looking for candidates with the following:Main contracting experienceTertiary education and membership of profession organization such as MRICS, MCIARB, MCInstCESGood range of projects including mixed use, high rise, hotel, office, retail developments and infrastructure worksAbility to draft various contractual & sub-contractual obligationsPreferably at least 5 years overseas experience in GCC or MENA regions.
