We are seeking and experienced Scheduling Engineer to join our Global Manufacturing SupportDepartment?s under Manufacturing Capital Efficiency Division (MCED).MCED is responsible for the planning and execution of Downstream projects across GlobalManufacturing facilities. MCED will oversee Global Manufacturing Admin Area level Project Portfolio byensuring quality and enhancing efficiency of capital projects through effective planning and executionwhereas each Facility Department (FD) has its own Project Unit (PU) to participate in capital functions.Contract Advisor primary role will be to work with Construction Agency in the procurement andadministrations of SFCs, MFCs and LFCs.The candidate must hold a Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical / industrial engineering with 10 years; experience on mega project contracting activities in the Oil & Gas Industry, preferably within the downstream sector (Petrochemical or Refinery).The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate an overall knowledge of contracting techniques and must have a high level of fluency in oral and written English, Good knowledge in MS word and PowerPoint.
