A leading International Consultancy have been awarded a new mixed-use development project in Saudi Arabia and will be acting as the PMO. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Lead to join the team and manage the project from a commercial perspective. The role will be reporting directly to the GM.My client are offering an initial single-status Visa and this role is based on a 6-day working week. REQUIREMENTS: My client is looking for the following experience;- Degree level education- MRICS/MCIArb- GCC experience preferred, Saudi experience beneficial- Construction Consultancy experience preferred- Large, mixed-use project experience
