Employment: Full Time RoleThe role of Sales Executive is to be responsible for the sales element of Augustus brand, Lovin Saudi. Sales executive will report to the Country Manager. The Sales Executive will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities:CommercialAttract new business, identifying potential customers and convert leads to salesWork closely with in-house content teams and Lovin Saudi clients to ensure work is fulfilledNegotiating sales deals and any costsBuilding long lasting and profitable relationshipsManaging sales meetingsEnsuring all follow ups and executions are done above standardRegular and insightful reporting on salesComprehensive understanding of analytics and other measurement tools in order to showROI data for sponsors and advertisersGenerates proposal and pitch documents as requiredFinanceSupport account manager / editor managing social advertising budgetsDelivering proposals to support increased budgetsSupporting in delivery of company revenue targetsRegularly reporting on budgets to Country ManagerPeopleAssist in fostering a high performance led cultureBring along a positive, collaborative, ready to learn attitude alwaysDevelop SMART performance objectives alongside your line managerPromoting Augustus as a great place to work, ensuring positivity is championed and your team feels prepared to live out the 3 core valuesProfessional DevelopmentBuild on your emotional intelligence and self-awarenessGrow your presence in the industry, including relationships within agency partners and industry bodies to support professional statureComplete mandatory trainingAbout AugustusThe consumption of media is ever present, yet the mediums and the means are ever evolving. We are fast and agile in how we think, operate and how we act REQUIREMENTS: Key Skills Required1-3 years work experience in salesAgency, Media or Advertising company experience requiredMust be well versed in Arabic.Creativity and strong ideas for responding to client briefsAbility to work on ones own initiative and generate leadsComfortable with working to monthly/quarterly targetsExcellent organizational, problem solving, presentation and time management skillsAbility to work within start-up environmentCapacity to organize event brand activationsAbility to work on multiple projects at once, often to short deadlines
