Employment: Full Time With the motive to expand their market share in the region, our client is looking to hire a Commercial Director for their Saudi business. The role is responsible to lead the execution of the Commercial strategy for the organisation including identifying and developing market penetration plans and finding new growth opportunities.Client DetailsOur client is emerging name within the Healthcare Technology industry.Description* Assist the senior management team in Saudi and UAE in developing and executing a vision for the Saudi Business.* Set up the commercial department and develop business strategies and plans.* Actively ensuring consistent alignment between local and HQs strategy.* Actively participating in the end to end sales lifecycle for all new and existing clients* Leading and directing market research to be able to effectively analyse business opportunities.* Lead contract negotiation up until closing.* Act as an interface between the Saudi and UAE for all commercials related activities.Job Offer30,000 - 35,000 SAR per month total package dependent on candidate experience. REQUIREMENTS: * A self-driven, independent manager who is commercially minded with an entrepreneurial outlook* Established network within the health care industry (hospitals and insurance companies)* Ideally someone from a multinational background with an understanding of creating an inclusive, efficient and productive work environment.* Strong ability to work in a start up environment.* Motivated by the opportunity to further their career with a high growth business (key motivator: self-actualization)* The ability to develop strong client relationships through partner relationships* Due to Saudization, the candidate must a Saudi National.* Bachelors degree within Business or related fields.* Minimum 10 years of experience of which 5 years was gained working within a senior management role.
