? Degree or Diploma, with NACE lEVEL 2 Certification.? Min 5 yrs in Supervisory role of managing teams of Spray Applicators.? Hands-on field coating application experience & spray techniques.? Responsible for automated coating plant site & other semi-automated coating activities at other sites within the region.? Perform audits of Plant activities to ensure they are in compliance to the agreed contract scope of work.? Early review of QA/QC / inspection docs to expedite early approval.? Initiate NCRs, Initiate Fit for Purpose evaluation for non-conforming items and to assist / advise the Plant Manager.? Proficient level of written and spoken English and Hindi.
