Suitable candidates should fulfil the following criteria:- A degree in Civil Engineer, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.- Must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic.- At least 20 years experience on large mega projects, including 5 years in KSA.- vast experience in claims management working from PMC or as client representative.- Excellent knowledge and experience of KSA standards.- Strong contractual skills including FIDIC.
