? As an IVR developer, will be responsible for the development of Cisco CVP, IVR, and Contact Center projects.? Will be responsible for application development project deliverables on CVP and IVR applications that develop Call Flows which are integrated with internal systems and services, such as Databases, Web Services, Web Applications, CRM Systems, Ticketing Systems, Billing Systems, etc.? Will review project requirements and interpret them into development tasks, prepare deliverable estimates, develop or assist with application design, work with other teammates and business groups to architect solutions, and support other developers on the team? As a main part of the system, Databases will need to be queried, and reports will be developed to run on some reporting tools to facilitate Data Analysis and help Business Teams reach their targets.? Will be responsible for the documentation of software projects and solutions provided in form of HLD, LLD, UAT, and other documents? An essential need during and after projects youll need to provide support services to other teams that use the system in case of an upgrade, change request, issue, or bug.
