Employment: Full Time Chief Projects Officer - Non Profit - Riyadh KSAResponsible to develop and implement the development programs in accordance with the renaissance strategic plan, working with executive teams to achieve the vision and missionClient DetailsNon Profit - Riyadh KSANon profit organisation that is all about women empowerment in the Kingdom.DescriptionChief Projects Officer - Non Profit - Riyadh KSA* Designing and supervising the implementation of programs and projects that serve the message.* Directing programs and projects with the new directions that ensure the coherence of existing projects with the new projects that implement the objectives* Establishing the annual plan in partnership with the program managers and following up on the annual performance indicators for projects.* Delegating tasks based on the strengths, skills, and levels of experience of each manager to ensure that they perform their duties efficiently.* Cooperating with program managers in developing ideas for new projects and carrying out experimental projects that support the vision.* Development of evaluation tools to determine the feasibility and sustainability of current and new programs to ensure the provision of more effective and efficient services.* Work on evaluating and analyzing programs based on data and statistics, to ensure that corrective measures are applied when needed.* Establishing an integrated governance system that includes all policies and procedures to guide and monitor management to ensure the achievement of the main objectives.* Ensure that all programs are properly aligned with strategy and submit reports on the actual status of all programs and projects to the CEO.* Establishing a strategic vision and philosophy that guides it to achieve short and long-term goals, in partnership with the CEO and departmental directors.* Supporting all other departments and sections about development programs.* Determine the training needs for employees to achieve the goals of the program and participate in employment decisions for new employees.* Performing any other tasks assigned by the line manager and within the limits of the specialization.Job OfferCompetitive salary and packageTaking up a leadership role with an entity focusing on women empowerment REQUIREMENTS: Chief Projects Officer - Non Profit - Riyadh KSAQualifications:* Female* Saudi nationality* Bachelors degree in project management or sociology. (masters degree or higher preferable)* Training of Trainers Certificate, Project Management, Personal Training Experience:* 4 - 6 years of leadership experience in a non-profit, governmental, charitable organization or supervising multiple programs.* Youth development, social support, volunteer work (is a plus)Required Skills:* Leadership skills.* Social skills and effective communication.* Negotiation skills.* Strategic Planning.* The ability to think creatively.* The ability to analyze and make decisions.* The skill of analyzing numbers and statistics.* Proficiency in the use of computer programs.* Good command of English and Arabic speaking and drafting.
