They are currently looking for a Chief Executive Officer their Riyadh OfficeDuties & Responsibilities:Ensuring that all corporate policies and procedures supporting the Companys activities and operations are carried out in compliance with regulations and laws governing the businessOverseeing the functions of the Head of Departments, CFO, Risk, Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting OfficerDeveloping and recommending a long-term business strategy and vision for the Company that leads to creation of shareholder valueActively participate in growing the business along with the Head of Departments.Developing and recommending to the Board annual business plans and budgets that support the Companys short and long-term strategyMonitoring progress of corporate strategic, financial and operational goals and reporting performance to the BoardMaintaining customer relationships and monitoring customer service levels at all timesManaging 3rd party alliances / partnerships and monitoring the effectiveness of these dealsAnalyzing business needs and reporting on these needs to the BoardOverseeing the process of closure / termination of any relationship with institutional clientsReviewing periodic reports issued by the Risk, Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer and initiating remedial action where necessaryAssuring existence of adequate skills to meet business objectivesDemonstrating personal integrity, teamwork, interpersonal skills and customer focusMaintaining a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration or a related fieldPrevious experience working as CEOExperience in Fund Creation and all related fund managementMinimum 10 years experience in asset managementMust have strong experience in Private & public fundsFluent in English and ArabicExcellent written & communication skillsStrong analytical skillsStrong leadership skills
