Delivery of a broad range of services to maintain the CAFM system including:Day to day first line support and administration of clients CAFM implementation.Carrying out data uploadsSelf-delivery of minor changes to CAFM configuration and workflows.Consulting regarding changes and enhancements to the clients CAFM system.Manipulation and interrogation of customer data within the CAFM environment.Project Documentation both internal and external requirements in line with department procedures.Manage client expectations.Demonstrate capabilities of CAFM to client.Developing a trusting long term relationship with client.Act as the main point of contact to the client on a day to day basis.Escalate issues to relevant line or Project manager.Adhere to agreed departmental responsibilities and processes.Interaction with other areas of the business including Training, Development, Support and Sales teams.Provide first line technical assistance on all of our products and where applicable other technical subjects associated with our products operating environments.Openly and honestly communicate with colleagues.Represent the Company in a professional manner and appearance.
